Wine jellies are traditionally served in Northern Italy as an accompaniment to a cheese platter. We find they are also delicious served with meats and game, on top of patés and foie gras, or spread on crostini and topped with prosciutto or salami. Our Balamic Vinegar wine jelly is delicious served with ice cream or fresh fruit.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR GELEE for hard or aged cheese
A tangy gelée made from aged balsamic vinegar of Modena. Best served
with Parmesan, Pecorino, Provolone, Sharp Cheddar, or drizzled over ice
cream or cake.Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, pectin.
DOLCETTO RED WINE GELEE for medium-aged cheese
An aromatic gelée with the full flavor of Dolcetto wine. Best served
with Goat Cheese, Mild Cheddar, Roquefort. Ingredients: Dolcetto, sugar,
pectin.
MOSCATO WHITE WINE GELEE for soft or mild cheese
A light and fruity wine gelée. Best served with Fontina, Mozzarella,
Taleggio. Ingredients: Moscato, sugar, pectin.
